On the planet A where many stay
And the aardvarks and the antelope play
Where seldom is heard, cause they don't speak any words
But that doesn't stop them playing all day

Hey, hey, the planet A
Where you can laugh and play all day
Hey, hey, what-da-ya say,
Come on down and play.

The apple fritters are cute little critters who tickle air bubbles with their furry little whiskers
Mr. Alligators' eating alphabet soup cause he's trying to learn how to say alley-oop
And the artichokes keep telling bad jokes,
But that doesn't bother the planet A folk

Hey, hey, the planet A
Where you can laugh and play all day
Hey, hey, what-da-ya say,
Come on down and play.

Their singing, their singing.
The Allspice choir is singing
Andromeda strain to sing along,
Their awful voices don't belong.

You can play acey-doocey with an aging acorn
Take an afternoon nap 'til its time to go home
But don't wrestle with an absent minded ape cause he just might forget when he last ate
And of all the animals that you might see
The acrobatic ants are the most funny

Hey, hey, the planet A
Where you can laugh and play all day
Hey, hey, what-da-ya say,
Come on down and play.
Come on down and play
We'd like to have you stay.
